It's not a magic cure for all cat problems, but over time it has made a difference at my house. Everyone says, neuter males and problems are solved... Well...My 3 males were all neutered by 3 months and they still needed to establish a heirarchy. Feliway wasn't an instant or total cure, but things are so much better.

 Best cat calmer I've found, 2008-07-08
I have two male cats who were picked from the same litter 13 years ago. They have always been indoors-only cats. One of the cats is significantly larger and began spraying at 3 mos, leading to neutering for both at that age, which is a bit earlier than the average. The cat who sprayed goes a bit nuts about once a month and frequently attacks his smaller brother aggressively, simulating sexual activity. Using these Feliway diffusers made a significant difference in keeping the "bad" cat calmer. I've been using it for at least three years and would never change. I don't use it in every room, just the areas in which he spends the most time.

There would be no peace in our household without this product, 2008-06-28
After having our two cats almost five years and recently adding a rescued kitty, there would be no peace in our household without the calming effect of Comfort Zone with Feliway. It really has helped our cats to adjust to one another. The refills last one month and are odorless to humans. If you're having problems with marking or scratching, give this a try.

"Night and Day", 2008-06-22
Before trying this product I had to separate my two cats, but since using the diffusers they are buddies! Powerful difference!!! I am so grateful that there is healthy cat behavior in my home.
Unfortunately, this can be expensive to maintain.

 No help at all, 2008-06-16
I tried this for 3 months to help "soothe" my female cat who, for whatever reason, has decided to hiss and stalk my alpha male. It hasn't helped at all. At the same time, I sent 3 months' worth to a friend whose newest rescue was marking when he'd see other cats outside and also was being aggressive toward an already-owned indoor female, to the point that she won't come out of the bedroom. Hasn't helped the situation at my friend's house either. Both cats have been checked for physical ailments, found not to have any, no changes in litter, food, etc. My friend is at her wit's end--I just keep a spray water bottle handy for my female cat and am finally to the point that I just have to reach for it and she stalks off in the other direction. But neither of us have any recourse for when we are not at home. This stuff didn't help one little bit.
